In this episode of the Fly-Bottle podcast, Alireza Mahmoudi talks to Safoura Moeeni about her paper “The Effects of Labor Market Opportunities on Education: The Case of a Female Hiring Ceiling in Iran,” co-authored with Atsuko Tanaka.
Safoura Moeeni is an assistant professor of economics at the University of Manitoba. She obtained her doctoral degree in economics from the University of Calgary in 2019.
Alireza Mahmoudi is a postgraduate student in behavioural science at the Adam Smith Business School, University of Glasgow, Scotland. He is also a graduate in economics from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad.
